AIM FOR A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE... DAILY.
You wake up daily feeling refreshed and rejuvinated from last night. However to boost that throughout the entire day is to start a morning exercise or a jog. Nothing too much but just to remain alive throughout the day. Nowadays people rely on energy drinks and boosters to stay ahead but little do they notice that those drinks are harmful over time. So my honest opinion is that you focus on exercise, if possible join a morning group.
